To qualify for a refund, any purchase must not have been downloaded.
Our refund policy lasts 60 days. After 60 days have passed, please contact us website.sales@stitchydragoncreates.co.uk to see if a discretional refund is available.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment, this can take up to 5 working days.
